Happy Wednesday!!!

It's the second Wednesday of the month which means it's time for the newest release from Heartfelt Creations!!! This month it's all about puppies! Actually dogs, but they're all puppies to me! Here is a little write-up about the collection:

There’s nothing better than sharing time with your four legged fur baby, soaking in the adoration found in their bright eyes, the love displayed through their wagging tails and those endless supplies of slobbery kisses!  Whether you’re enjoying the antics of a young energy filled and mischievous puppy, or the relaxed and laid back company of an older furry friend, you are sure to fall in love with the new Pampered Pooch Collection by Heartfelt Creations!  This newest paper collection is filled with adorable fun loving illustrations of heartwarming pooches, their favorite treats, and pretty floral touches all set against beautiful shades of denim blues, grassy greens, chocolate browns and crisp creams.  The four captivating cling stamp sets include charming illustrations of man’s best friends at play, sitting pretty and even causing just a slight paw-full of trouble.  These adorable images have been coupled with a multitude of sentiments perfect for so many different occasions and are ideal for the young and the young at heart!  Cute dimensional pooch themed embellishments such as doggie bone shaped treats, paw prints, collars and of course a collection of fun loving furry friends themselves are easy to achieve when pairing the coordinating cling stamps and die combinations. This little guy is so cute! I love the paw print designer paper for the background too. The image was colored with pencils and mineral spirits using paper stumps. This is a fairly quick card to put together once you have the coloring done!

Other Products: Paper: Neenah Solar White, Espresso (Stampin Up); Inks: VersaFine Onyx Black, Java (Quick Quotes); Accessories: Brown Twill, Dark Brown Jute String, Bow-Easy Tool (Really Reasonable Ribbon), brown twine, button, adhesive pearls, Avocado Liquid Pearls, Scotch Mounting Tape, glue dots, mineral spirits, paper stumps, Prismacolor Pencils: Sepia, Espresso, Sand, Goldenrod, Cool Grey 10, 20, 30, 50, 70%, Prussian Green, Kelp Green, Blush Pink, Henna, Pink

Instructions: Card measures 4 3/4" x 5 1/2". Cut Espresso 4 3/4" x 11", score at 5 1/2" and fold to make card base. Cut small paw print designer paper 4 1/2" x 5 5/16", ink edges with Java Ink. Wrap brown twill across mat as pictured and secure on back. Adhere to card base.

Stamp dog in crate image from You're Paw-fect Set on Solar White with Onyx Black Ink. Color with pencils and mineral spirits using paper stumps. Trim image down to 3 3/4" x 3 3/4". Ink edges with Java Ink. Cut mat with Espresso measuring 3 15/16" x 3 15/16" and adhere to image. Add mat/image to base with Scotch Mounting Tape. Add Avocado Liquid Pearls to flower centers. Add 3D Crystal Lacquer to dog's eyes. Stamp sentiment on Solar White with Onyx Black and color "YOU" letters with green pencils. Trim down as pictured, ink edges with Java and mat with Espresso. Add to card below image using Scotch Mounting Tape.

Make multi-loop  bow wit Dark Brown Jute String using Bow-Easy Tool and add as pictured with glue dots. Thread brown twine in button and add to bow center with glue dots. Add adhesive pearls to top right of image.
