Birds & Blooms Collage - Heartfelt Creations

Happy Wednesday!

It's time for a little Heartfelt Creations inspiration!  This week I have a card for you using the Birds & Blooms Collage image.

I stamped the collage image using black ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder so I could color it with chalk inks using make up applicators. I also added 2 birds and 3 flowers to the bird and leaves on the image using the same process. (Sorry this picture isn't the best, this is prettier in real life...I'm having trouble with photos and lighting lately!)

Be sure to visit the HC Blog to see all the beautiful creations by the designers this week!  Lots of fun projects there!

I'm submitting this to the following challenge:

Word Art Wednesday Challenge #167 - Anything Goes

Thanks for stopping by today!

Blessings!

Kathy

  12. Hi there! I found your blog from over on SCS while looking at your quilt card, and just wanted to say I *love* your opening greeting on here (on the blog homepage). I've looked at tons of your work now and they are all SO stunning. You have a very artful eye and keen sense of color.
