Be Joyful

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in EVERYTHING by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the PEACE OF GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7

These are verses I memorized years ago and they are written on my heart. There are times when I still need to remember not to be anxious, but I eventually listen to my heart saying these verses. I didn't really understand what the "peace of God" was until I experienced it. It's having peace inside you, even when you're going through heartbreaking situations and trials. It does "surpass ALL understanding" and you know it comes from GOD alone. Praise the Lord for His wonderful promises!

I love, love, love what I do. I am passionate about the things I create and the talents God has placed in me. I SO appreciate the time you take to look at my things and the comments you all leave me!

Blessings to you!

Kathy

Heartfelt Creations - Spring Season

Happy Wednesday again!

This is my second post today...if you are looking for my CottageCutz Springtime Strawberries Post, please see the post below this one.

It's time for Heartfelt Creations June Release to be revealed!!!

We are pleased to introduce the Gateway To The Seasons Collection. The Ornate Gate Die is adorned with a flourishing design and a large, exotic accent piece. Lace, gazebos, birdhouses, gardens, backyards, a fall scene, a winter home and sentiment stamps will add joy to your cards and a smile to your face. These scenes and sentiments will complete your stamp collection. The Daphne paper pack is loaded with lacy Victorian patterns in soft pink, cream and greens accented with red, green and brown. Classic Heartfelt Creations images combined with stripes, diamonds and vintage type, tags and journaling blocks create a collection you will treasure forever! Leave a comment on the Heartfelt Creations blog by June 18th and you will be eligible to win the entire release valued at $150.00.

Here is my first card with this gorgeous new release!  Isn't this Ornate Gate Die beautiful?  I love it in white with the pinks and greens of the  Daphne Paper Collection!  Below the gate I added  a white embossed border using the All Seasons Gazebo Set, more beauty!

(Click on any of the photos for a closer view)

Here's the gate opened showing you the Spring Season Image inside...

Here's the inside of the card showing you the sentiment on the left made using the All Seasons Sentiments Stamp.  This stamp has tons of words that you can cut out and piece together to create all kinds of  sentiment combinations!  Also, on the right the Spring Season Image.

Here's a closeup of the image which I colored with pencils and mineral spirits...

I just LOVE this new collection!  Wait till you see all the other designer's beautiful creations this week, what a talented group of ladies!  Please visit the HC Blog to check them out and leave a comment there for a chance to win the entire release!!!

I'm submitting this to the following challenges:

Word Art Wednesday #84 - Anything Goes
Allsorts Challenge Week #210 - In the Garden
Paper Playtime #12 - Anything Goes

Thank you for stopping by today!  I hope I leave you a little inspired!

Blessings!

Kathy
