Be Joyful

Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in EVERYTHING by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the PEACE OF GOD, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7

These are verses I memorized years ago and they are written on my heart. There are times when I still need to remember not to be anxious, but I eventually listen to my heart saying these verses. I didn't really understand what the "peace of God" was until I experienced it. It's having peace inside you, even when you're going through heartbreaking situations and trials. It does "surpass ALL understanding" and you know it comes from GOD alone. Praise the Lord for His wonderful promises!

I love, love, love what I do. I am passionate about the things I create and the talents God has placed in me. I SO appreciate the time you take to look at my things and the comments you all leave me!

Blessings to you!

Heartfelt Creations - August Release

Hi there!

We are pleased to introduce the Ornamental Light Collection This collection is a refreshing twist to the traditional Christmas genre. The Decorative Metal Fixtures Die compliments the ornamental lights, and cheerful Christmas themed stamps giving easy detail and decoration to any project. There are 6 new PreCut Stamp Sets, one 12x12 Paper Collection, and one beautiful new exclusive Spellbinders die designed for Heartfelt Creations. Leave a comment on the HC blog by August 14th and you will be eligible to win the entire release valued at $145.92 .

I'm so excited to show you the August Release for Heartfelft Creations!!!  These stamps and designer papers and dies are sooooo GORGEOUS!!!  I feel like a kid in a candy store to be able to "work" with all these!  It's the best job ever!  Can you tell I'm excited, lol?

Anyway, here is my creation for this new collection...

I love this birdhouse image, as it allows me to do my favorite thing...coloring.  The images and desginer papers coordinate with the Poinsettia stamp set and dies which I love!  The birds match the Brookside Manor Stamp Set and the Garden Romance Dies from the Garden Romance Collection.  I love to be able to use supplies I already have with something new!  (All the supplies and instructions are listed at the end of this post.)

I'm also submitting this is the latest Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge #53 - bling with ribbon.  I bought this white silk ribbon from them a while back and have been saving it for the right project...it's so gorgeous the way it "falls".

Make sure to see all the gorgeous creations on the HC Blog and all the new products in the Collection this month!  Also, be sure to leave a comment there for a chance to win the entire collection!

Blessings!

Kathy

  5. This is a delightful card, Kathy. I love the sweet birdhouse image. You did an amazing job styling this card.

I wanted to tell you that the Lord laid your name on my heart tonight, and I wanted to stop by and let you know that I am here if you have anything that I can pray about for you. I am always happy to pray for you if you need it, just let me know. You're always such a blessing to me and I want to be there for you.

I hope to see you at Word Art Wednesday this week if you are able to participate. But please know that I miss you, and that I'm here to help if there's anything I can pray about, my friend.

    Praising God for you,
