Here is my card for the challenge this week!
I used the new Home of the Free Set from the June Release for the eagle image and The Waves on the Sea from May's Release for the sentiment. Both these set are perfect for masculine cards. I colored the eagle with pencils trying to match the colors on the designer papers. Masculine card are tough, I always feel like they're missing something!
Card recipe:
Stamps: Home of the Free, The Waves on the Sea (Our Daily Bread Designs)
Paper: Neutrals Cardstock, The Guy Stack (DCWV)
Ink: Onyx Black (VersaFine)
Accessories: Labels 8 (Spellbinders), brads, button, floss, trim, sanding block, mineral spirits, Prismacolor Pencils: Henna, Chocolate, Yellow Ochre, White, Cobalt Turquoise
Here are pictures of the set I used:
For more inspiration this week, please visit my design teammates and our June Guest Designer, Cheryl Scrivens, for their gorgeous creations!
I'm submitting this to the following challenges:
Word Art Wednesday #83 - Anything Goes
Crafty Cardmakers #93 - Father's Day
Paper Playtime #12 - Anything Goes
Really Reasonable Ribbon #73 - Masculine & Ribbon/Trim
Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Masculine/Father's Day
