Happy Tuesday!
It's time for a new Shining the Light Challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs!
Here's my take on the challenge this week...
I made a Christmas ornament using the "Ornaments" set. I stamped the image 4 times, scored them down the middle, and then glued the sides together to form the ornament. This is a technique I did recently at my Stampin' Up!'s consultant Krista's house that I thought was really fun and easy to make! Here's a view of the back of the ornament.
This picture doesn't do it justice at all, it's actually very pretty with all the sparkle! It's hard to capture sparkle on film though! The poinsettia flower is made from silver glitter paper which goes perfectly with the silver embossing, crystal blue charm, and the sparkle in the ribbon.
Project recipe:
Stamps: Ornaments (Our Daily Bread Designs)
Paper: Solar White (Neenah), Silver Glitter Paper (Recollections)
Ink: VersaMark
Accessories: Heirloom Ornament 2010 Die, Layered Poinsettia Die (Spellbinders), heat tool, ribbon (Offray), adhesive pearls (Recollections), button (back of bow), jewelry charm (Michaels), silver wire string (Michaels)

It's time for a new Shining the Light Challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs!
