It's time for a little more inspiration using Heartfelt Creations' January release Countryside Evening. This time I have the Melodious Songbird Set...oh how I love this image!!!
(You can click on the photo for a closer look...) |
I colored this with Prismacolor Pencils and mineral spirits...my favorite thing to do! I also colored a second bird image, fussy cut it, and popped it over the first one. You don't need to do this, but it comes out pretty with the depth it gives you. I love all the little flowers and leaves on this. The matching designer papers were used for the sentiment and the beautiful background. (Complete details for my card are at the end of the post.)
You can go to the Heartfelt Creations' Blog to see all the designers gorgeous creations together! What an amazingly talented group of ladies to work with! It's fun to see all the different ways to use the same stamp image too!
I'm submitting this to the latest Word Art Wednesday Challenge #63 - Anything Goes & to Really Reasonable Ribbon #64 - Valentine's Day/Love + Ribbon.
Thank you for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed my project today as much as I enjoyed making it!
Blessings!
Kathy
